Three collections, three designers, three techniques: the Bouroullecs, Neri & Hu and Nani Marquina sign the new rugs that will be launched during Milan Design Week.

Nanimarquina will bring to Salone del Mobile three new collections conceived by three designers: Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, Nani Marquina and Neri & Hu.

In Lattice the Bouroullec brothers use a basic pattern, rhythmically reproduced, to give rise to a harmonic succession of colours. Balance, proportion and irregularity are the key elements in the controlled disorder that transforms Lattice into a unique creation.

For the Jie collection Neri&Hu takes inspiration from the tile patterns of Shanghai streets, a place where life literally happens. The name of the collection corresponds to Jie 街, the Chinese character that embodies the essence of a city: the constant movement, dynamism and frenetic activity. The result is an eclectic hand-tufted rug presenting different pile heights and finishes, made of 100% Chokla wool.

The Tres Collection reflects nanimarquina’s passion for craftsmanship, specifically paying tribute to the ancient craft of weaving. With this collection, the desire is to reclaim the basics, to appreciate the beauty in details and respect tradition.
