The showroom plan takes its inspiration from the concept of the art gallery, where the container aims at becoming a neutral area in order to allow the contents to emerge: opaque white resin for the floors and soft plaster walls in white and black emphasize the natural beauty of the metal, capturing a visitor's attention thanks to the sculptural impact of large hanging copper volumes that illustrate some of the many possible applications of copper and its alloys, along with a selection of the most important KME projects realized all over the world.
With their bold forms and crisp colours, the four suspended totems dictate the rhythm of the space, offering a variety of interesting compositions, depending on one's point of view within the showroom.
Copper and copper alloy surfaces are also displayed on the walls of the showroom as if they were abstract works of art, illustrating some of the different possibilities of the TECU® systems developed by KME for architecture.
A lounge area furnished with design classics is enhanced by two screens. The copper displays progressively unveil specific applications, colours and manufacturing techniques. The entire KME product range is contained in a central black monolith that hides 48 extractable display elements, enabling visitors to discover different types of TECU®.
