The projects we have selected, all of them with different dimensions, prove that architecture and interior design are crucial to any kind of business.

From México, we bring you La Morera, a new gastronomic center built on the idle space under the highway. Grupo Zwark’s architects wanted a project that, besides being a business, would contribute to increase security for the community and attract more people. The center offers over 15 varieties of dining experiences, from Lebanese food to pizzas and tapas, with good wine, to craft ice cream.

A simple and elegant shopping mall rises in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Grupo L Arquitectos focused on designing a modern shopping center that would attract visitors from all over the city to this growing area.

One of the biggest architecture firms in the world, GENSLER, through its offices in San José de Costa Rica, had the honor of working on one of Costa Rica’s iconic buildings. The new gift shop welcomes visitors with a fresh and pure image, borrowing the original angles and textures.

Another excellent work is Clos de Tres Cantos, by Mexican architect Alejandro D´Acosta. This magnificent winery in Baja California, Mexico, wants to assembly the trends of contemporary architecture with local materials that tell something about this place.
