This is a project looking for a diverse architectural alternative to the housing market. It is located in one of the Innovative Cities that are currently being developed around Seoul, in Korea. Considering its surroundings, the entire ground floor was conceived like a light glass mass to give an enjoyment to the users. To secure the privacy of first to third floors to the south, On Architecture used concrete cube blocks as a screen device on the residential sector.

They also designed a sky garden in the external court to improve interior lighting and natural ventilation. Located at the third floor, a multi-purpose space features a folding door around the external court. The kitchen communicates with the sky garden, the multi-purpose space, and the living room. The attic separates the two areas and works as a connecting passage.
