Domus is bringing raumlaborberlin's nomadic pavilion Kitchen Monument to the Giardini, across from the Palazzo delle Esposizioni. Its inflatable membrane will host debates, presentations and projections during the opening days of the Biennale.

People and Architecture meet in Photography: a round-table discussion with photographers Marina Ballo Charmet, Gabriele Basilico, Filip Dujardin, Eva Frapiccini, Luisa Lambri, Armin Linke, Bas Princen e Filippo Romano on the theme of the mutual influence between architecture and photography today.
Sunday August 29

Hic Sunt Leones: the winners of the Leone d'Oro and Leone d'Argento awards present their work to the public
3:00 – 4:30 PM
East and West Meet in Architecture: a debate on the similarities and differences in approaching architecture in countries that may lie far apart but are connected by rapid global communication. With the participation of Domus China and Domus Russia.
In celebration of the upcoming inauguration of the New York branch of the Triennale di Milano, the special edition "Domus Journal Biennale Venezia – Triennale New York", will be attached to the September issue of the magazine, which features a cover story on Kazuyo Sejima.
