The Enric Miralles Foundation 2015 dedicates its programming to urban, social and sustainable regeneration.
Enric Miralles (1955 - 2000) specialized in studying urban planning and urban regeneration processes; he started working on it since 1992, with the arrival of the Olympic Games in Barcelona. This was a time of transition for the city, both in the periphery and in the center.

This international exhibition features original large-scale projects on urban regeneration, exposing all the materials from the Foundation’s Archive, as models, drawings, sketches, photomontages and collages. The exhibition presents the projects divided into two areas: projects in land areas and water areas projects.

This exhibition is the first one that shows the key concepts of Miralles architecture in its urban aspect, and how these concepts have been developed by the EMBT studio. Unreleased material will be displayed as drawings, collages, sketches, models, etc.
