Tapisserie

On the occasion of Milan Design Week 2014, Ethimo will present Tapisserie outdoor collection, designed by Alessandra Baldereschi and inspired by 700 and 800 century fabrics.

Tapisserie

The inspiration from Tapisserie collection, designed by Alessandra Baldereschi for Ethimo, comes from striped fabrics used in the 1700s and 1800s to cover armchairs, chairs and sofas.

The collection, that features chair, armchair, sofa, tables and coffee tables, reproduces the visual effect of fabric using curved metal rod, bent on purpose to create the illusion of padding; the three-dimensional impact is also amplified by the use of bichromy, that combines warm grey and blue.
